Camping or Boutique Camping?

GENERAL AND FAMILY CAMPING

Pitch your tent against the magical backdrop of Eastnor Castle and settle in for the weekend.

Your Weekender ticket grants you access to the festival arena and permits camping all weekend, with the option to arrive on either Thursday or Friday, depending on your ticket selection. For your comfort, we offer both Group Camping and Family Camping. Please only stay in Family Camping if children are part of your group or if you wish to have a more ‘peaceful’ weekend. On arrival, simply follow the signs to your chosen field, pitch your tent, and enjoy your weekend with us.

Our friendly stewards and security will be able to advise you with any queries upon your arrival. Toilets and showers are located throughout the camping areas and will be monitored regularly throughout the weekend.

Please respect your neighbours and the environment during your stay. See our FAQ for more information.

The campsite opens at midday on Thursday 10th August and closes at midday on Monday 14th August. Don’t forget to book your car parking ticket here.

No vehicles are permitted in General or Family Camping, you will need to purchase a car park voucher so your vehicle can stay in the car park for the duration of the festival. You can come and go as you please.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot offer electric hook-up in the general camping areas.

*Under 18s MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or above. This adult must remain on site for the duration of your stay. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
*Please note that Sky Lanterns (Chinese Lanterns) should not be used anywhere at Lakefest.

RESERVED CAMPING

Our latest addition is a dedicated camping field that enables you to park your car/van /campervan/ live-in vehicle next to your tent in this field only.  You will have the option of selecting the row that you will stay in and a designated pitch(es) will be allocated to you once your booking has been confirmed. Should you wish to camp next to friends or family, please contact The Ticketsellers to request pitches next to one another, subject to availability. You will require your booking reference number.

PLEASE NOTE: No electric hook-up will be available on this site. If you’ve already booked a car park voucher but want to upgrade, please call The Ticketsellers on 0844 870 0000 or info@theticketsellers.co.uk who will deduct the cost of your car park voucher from the reserved camping pass. Pitch dimensions apply.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A FESTIVAL TICKET AS WELL AS THE RESERVED CAMPING PASS. NO PARKING VOUCHER REQUIRED WITH RESERVED CAMPING OPTION.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING

We work hard to create an accessible camping experience for our guests. Please be aware that although the accessible camping area is close to the festival arena entrance, Eastnor Castle Deer Park is not flat and may pose an issue for wheelchair access.

All Disabled Weekender festival tickets include a free ticket for one carer. When selecting a Disabled Weekender ticket, two tickets will automatically be issued. Please present Blue Badges, or equivalent, upon arrival so that our stewards are able to direct you to the accessible parking and camping area.

We also have electric hook-up available on a first come, first serve basis within the accessible camping field. Please pre-book this online.

Book your Disabled Weekender ticket and electric hook-up, if required, here.

LIVE-IN VEHICLES

Park up and enjoy your stay! We have electric hook-up available to those who require this for the weekend, or if this is not required then simply select the ‘No-Electric’ option.

New: Pick Your Pitch!
You can now select the area you wish to camp in at the time of booking. The maps are available to view at the point of booking along with full details.

This permits you to stay all weekend, with the option to arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending on your ticket selection. In addition to this, you will need to purchase a Live-In Vehicle pass. No parking voucher is required if you purchase a Live-In vehicle pass. You need to buy a Weekender ticket for each member of your party in order to gain access to the festival arena. NO PARKING VOUCHER REQUIRED WITH LIVE-IN VEHICLE OPTION.

Here’s how it works:
• One Live-In Vehicle pass, per vehicle. Choose from ‘electric hook-up’ or ‘no electric’.
• Each passenger must be in possession of a Weekender festival ticket.
• NO CARS with tents are permitted. Your Live-In Vehicle must be either a caravan, motorhome or campervan.
• The maximum number of people in a Live-In Vehicle should match the suggested occupancy of the vehicle.
Those in caravans or campervans are allowed an awning OR one small (4 man, or less) tent. Due to the size of 6 man tents, you will need to purchase an additional live-in vehicle pass for tents of this size or bigger.

• Live-in vehicle with no electric hook-up will have a separate camping area to those with electric hook-up. Those without electric hook-up are not permitted in the electric hook-up area.
• Upon booking your pass(es), you will be directed to a map that will show the available pitches and you can allocate the pitche(s) you require there.
