Description

This workshop will teach you hand carving techniques in wax, to create a one of a kind ring. You will learn about lost wax casting, an age old technique in jewellery making. There will be inspiration on the day for those who don’t have a firm idea of what they would like to make.

After the festival your ring will be transformed into bronze by Jo and sent to you by post, or available for collection from Jo’s studio in Kemerton two weeks later. A perfect intro for those interested in making their own unique piece of jewellery, or a memento of the best weekend of your life at Lakefest!

For those that wish to cast their ring into silver or gold a supplement can be paid on the day.

Please note all workshops require prebooking online and are non refundable. Spaces are limited so early booking is recommended.
