Sophie is a Bristol based artist, specialising in print and painting. Her prints are lovingly handcrafted, without using a press. Shapes are sketched and refined, then cut by hand with a craft knife into stencils. This helps give each unique print its irregularities. She is often commissioned to create decorative illustrations in her signature style. Clients have included Thomas cook, the NHS, Southmead Hospital, The Collaborators and The Policy Press. As a painter she loves working outdoors on murals. She delights in nature and all things botanical. Sophie is from South East England, but has made Bristol her home since 2011. When she’s not making artwork she enjoys dancing, yoga or kickboxing, cycling around on her bicycle and discovering new places. Sophie regularly works with community groups teaching them her unique printing technique, inspiring and igniting their creativity
