Terms and conditions:

 

  1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase
  2. The right of admission is reserved.
  3. Chinese Lanterns are not permitted under any circumstances.
  4. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
  5. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  6. No pets are permitted on site unless used for a disability excluding well behaved dogs.  Lakefest loves dogs but please remember it is a loud music event that can be crowded and therefore we do advise you to leave your dog at home.
  7. No glass is allowed on site.
  8. Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, open fires or disposable aluminium BBQs on site.
  9. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
  10. You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy.
  11. Lakefest will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
  12. No unauthorised sound systems or personal generators are permitted on site.
  13. Arena Gates open for Lakefest 2025 at 17:00hrs on Wednesday 6th August and Thursday 7th August and at 10:00hrs each day of the festival, Thursday 10th to Sunday 11th August, for standard weekend ticket holders.
  14. Public gates for Lakefest 2025 shut strictly for entry & re-entry at 22:00hrs each day except Sunday 10th August when it will be 20:00hrs.
  15. All vehicles are liable to be searched and must be parked in designated areas as directed by car park managing agent.
  16. Vehicles parked on the public highway in the no waiting areas will be towed away and refused admittance to the festival.
  17. When you book your tickets you can attend the event. Tickets are for personal use only. Any upgrade tickets such as VIP, Glamping or pitches are only valid in conjunction with a general entry festival ticket. Once you have booked your ticket we won’t be able to cancel or exchange it.
  18. Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance or “legal highs” will be evicted from the site and reported to the Police immediately.
  19. Ticket holders’ consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
  20. Any unauthorised alcohol sales or unauthorised trading any kind is prohibited and will result in eviction.
  21. All children and youth aged 18 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21+ holding a valid Lakefest 2025 ticket. There is a maximum of three under 18s per parent or guardian aged 21+ 
  22. Under 18 & infant tickets weekend tickets are for young people within the specified age range as of 06/08/2025.
  23. once your vehicle is parked in your live in vehicle pitch and you need to leave during the event you cannot re enter your pitch you will need to park in the general car park, this is for safety reasons.
  24. Campervans & Caravans will be pre-allocated a 7m x 9m pitch if you have purchased the correct ticket.
  25. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be puddled or muddy. It is the ticketholders responsibility to be prepared for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground conditions. In the event of poor weather move around the site with caution.
  26. Camping Chairs are only permitted in designated areas and will be removed if they are left abandoned.
  27. The use of Drones is prohibited and will be confiscated.
  28. The access area is only available to disabled patrons and their carer. Due to space limitations and in order to ensure that we can accommodate everyone who applies, we cannot allow non-disabled persons who are not the immediate carers to camp within the access camping area.
  29. Toddler, children and teen ticket holders must camp with their families or guardians.
  30. The festival and ticket holders will be compliant to Government statutory requirements relating to Covid-19
  31.   Orders are accepted subject to payment being received from the card issuer. If we are unable to obtain payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order. However, we will do our best to contact you and obtain payment by other means first of all.
  32.   All payment and refund transactions, irrespective of currency, originate from the UK. Lakefest cannot be held liable for any additional charges your bank or credit card provider may apply to your transaction, such charges are completely out of our control.
  33. By placing an order you confirm that you understand that you are agreeing to being contacted by Lakefest  with marketing information about tickets for events that may be of interest to you and other related information. If you do not wish to receive this information you will be able to opt out of any future marketing emails via unsubscribe links.
  34. Lakefest has always strived to be an accessible festival. Therefore we will always give accessible ticket holders a free personal assistant ticket and a suitable parking/camping pitch. This means that an adult accessible ticket must be purchased.
  35. We reserve the right to choose a cashless payment system for customer safety and convenience.
  36. Lakefest view hot showers as a luxury and will endeavour to ensure they are available at all times but will not guarantee 100% uptime.
  37.  We sell electric pitches.  Electricity is provided for phone chargers, light, low voltage hairdryers and straighteners, motorhome and caravan hook ups, air bed inflation and other small portable electrical items.  The charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden. 1 feed is allocated per pitch.  Anyone found breaking these rules will have their electricity switched off immediately and no refund will be given.
