As far as festival locations go… we’re pretty smug! Eastnor Castle is an award winning tourist attraction nestled in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and set in 5000 acres of parkland, just a few miles from the medieval market town of Ledbury in Herefordshire. We host Lakefest in the beautiful surroundings of the Deer Park, boasting views that will make you never want to leave. DON’T FORGET that all of our 2022 ticket holders will gain half-price entry to the castle itself on Thursday the 13th &  Sunday the 15th of August… not to be missed.

Back for 2022! The legendary Red Devils free-fall parachute display team, jumping in not just once but three times including a night time display!

Wellness area

Discover tranquillity and enlightenment at our lakeside setting. Guided meditation, therapists, yoga workshops and more will transport you away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Silent Disco

The legendary Lakefest Silent Disco is back, expect banger after banger that you can sing your heart out to. If you haven’t been to the silent disco yet you are in for a treat, it is a surreal experience you will never forget!

Bigger and better for 2022

Let’s hear it for the return of our spectacular Spoken Word stage! Poetry, debate, interviews, open mic sessions of course the fantastic junior talent show!


The craft area is a beautiful and relaxing area where you can learn traditional crafts such as willow weaving, raku, beaten copperwork, blacksmithing, herbalism and more to be confirmed. Sit under the oak trees, enjoy watching the Lakefest world go by, play giant draughts or feed the hungry hippo a tennis ball.

back for 2022! LIVE wrestling from the SWW Slam Arena! South West Wrestling – SWW are pulling out all the stops to create non-stop action over the weekend and bring the most exciting wrestling shows in the country.

Solo Circus & Co, Mark Steve & Jem present a fun weekend of entertainment for children and adults.
Circus Skills Workshops…come along, learn to juggle, spin a plate, ride a unicycle and more. Fun for all ages.
Comedy Juggling Shows…Sit back and be entertained by our family friendly juggling shows.
Fire Juggling Show…Flames and banter galore!

Our main arena hosts plenty of funfair rides for everyone to enjoy. From toddlers to adults there is something for everyone including favorites such as the Ferris wheel, dodgems and waltzers.

With a range of consoles spanning the decades there is fun for all to be had, whether it’s Goldeneye on the N64 or Street Fighter on the Sega Mega Drive! We also have modern Xbox and Playstations AND for the first time at Lakefest Virtual Reality! Button mashers welcome…

Half Price entry

all of our 2022 ticket holders will gain half-price entry to the castle on Thursday the 12th &  Sunday the 15th of August. (Tickets can only be purchased on the gate)

This historic house is full of medieval armour and fine art and in the beautiful grounds visitors will find an arboretum and a lake with many spectacular walks, trails and views.

Children of all ages will have endless fun in the Adventure Playground, Knight’s Maze, Junior Assault Course and many more attractions. Tree climbing, hill rolling, leaf kicking and stick collecting is also actively encouraged as children connect with the great outdoors.

The malvern hills

The castle, grounds and deer park sit within a valley nestled in the malvern hills an area of outstanding natural beauty. A site of biological and geological special scientific interest, rich with history there is much to see and do. All within walking distance from the festival site you can walk to the ridgeline and be rewarded with incredible panoramic views of the Severn valley and Welsh mountains. Aside from the huge number of varied footpaths and cycle paths there are also a number of natural springs which gave birth to the spa town Malvern and led to the production of modern bottled drinking water!
